The International Managers Forum was founded in the UK in 1993.

Before this there was no easy means of sharing and learning from the experiences of other managers and no avenue through which common problems and areas of concern could be discussed.

In the late 1990’s the name changed to Music Managers Forum and now well-known as MMF.

The formation of the MMF has given managers an opportunity for sharing and learning and also a much-needed voice within the industry. The forum has provided a chance for meaningful dialogue with the Government and other industry organisations as well as between managers themselves.

MMF Denmark is the latest branch on the tree counting more than 13 member countries:

Denmark, UK, USA, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland, Poland, Canada, New Zealand Australia. Soon to follow are Belgium, the Baltic countries and South Africa.
